Privately funded with a focus on social impact, our ambitious goal is to develop over 10,000 homes by 2030. The Caridon Foundation is the not-for-profit arm of the Caridon Group, dedicated to providing specialist supported housing services for vulnerable individuals within the community.

Our mission is to empower tenants by delivering tailored support that helps them successfully manage their tenancies and avoid eviction. Through financial education, independent living skills, and connections to long-term support networks, we enable tenants to build stability and confidence in their housing journey.

By taking a holistic approach, we not only help tenants maintain their homes for longer but also support their transition into secure, long-term housing solutions, fostering independence and improving their quality of life.

Caridon Young Living is a specialist support and accommodation service dedicated to empowering young people. We provide high-quality, tailored support in a caring and positive environment, enabling young people to achieve independence, fulfill their potential, and realise personal goals.

Now OFSTED registered and with the recent opening of our first children’s home, Caridon Young Living continues its commitment to fostering a supportive pathway to a successful and independent future.
