Mario Carrozzo Voted in Top Ten Property Specialists

Caridon Property is proud to announce that its CEO Mario Carrozzo has been named as one of the UK’s Top Ten Property Professionals for 2020, as voted for by The Property Investor Magazine.

The 2020 showcase covers all disciplines within the sector from commercial and residential developers to design, finance and property marketing.

The UK’s Top Ten Property Specialists recognises the outstanding contribution made by individual UK property experts who have, collectively, shaped the built environment across the UK over the past twelve months.

Commenting on this achievement, Mario Carrozzo, CEO of Caridon Property, part of Caridon Group, said:

“This has been an extremely challenging year for everyone, so to receive some positive news like this to end the year is fantastic. However, whilst I am grateful to receive this recognition, this is really testament to everyone in the Caridon family. Our staff have demonstrated incredible work ethic, empathy, resilience and teamwork, even in the some of the toughest conditions.

Despite some critics view of Permitted Development Rights, our team have worked tirelessly supporting vulnerable tenants, providing them with essential items and food supplies and putting themselves at risk to help others in need. This is why I believe in what we do.

Coronavirus has accelerated the rise of e-commerce by an estimated 4-6 years and consequently the demise of the high street. In addition, more people than ever are having to rely on Universal Credit and that could mean more people relying on social housing within the next 12-24 months, housing that is not available.

Our mission at Caridon Group is to innovate the social housing sector. Combining the consequences of the pandemic with the country’s chronic housing shortage, we believe that enabling dilapidated buildings to be revived and repurposed quickly, will not only provide much needed housing, it will generate employment in the construction sector and support increased
