Croydon Council Take Over Challenge

The Croydon Council Takeover challenge is a local initiative; the idea being that a young person spends a day shadowing a director or senior member of a company, including meetings and tasks, allowing them to get full exposure of their working life. The young person that joined Caridon for the day had expressed an interest in the property industry and spent the day with our Portfolio Director.
It’s a huge opportunity for a young person to experience the real-life working world and it allows young people to explore different industries and be exposed to senior roles and we’re delighted to have been able to be part of it
