Although we didn’t take home the award, being shortlisted among industry leaders is an honour that highlights the dedication and passion of our team. Our holistic approach to community engagement - going beyond housing to create vibrant, inclusive communities - continues to set us apart. From organising seasonal celebrations and wellness activities to fostering social connections for those who may feel isolated, Caridon remains steadfast in its mission to make a difference.

We were also privileged to sponsor the "Charitable Initiative of the Year Award", which was deservedly won by SEO London. Their Academy program has been transformative, opening doors to careers in the commercial real estate sector for young people from diverse backgrounds. Caridon Group congratulates SEO London and all the nominees and winners, whose exceptional efforts are shaping the future of corporate social responsibility in the property industry.
