Caridon shortlisted for 2018 Croydon Business Excellence Awards

We are thrilled to announce that we have been shortlisted for not one, but two awards at the 2018 Croydon Business Excellence Awards! We have been nominated for both the ‘SME Business Excellence Award’ and the ‘Commitment to the Community Award’.

The annual awards aim to celebrate the successes and achievements of the boroughs ambitious and hardworking firms. Our team’s commitment to supporting people, extends further than just providing a roof over people’s heads, but rather going that next step, to provide real support to those who really need it. This includes everything from applying for discretionary funds, for household necessities, to working with local colleges and employers for development opportunities. This even extends as far as providing welcome packs, so that our tenants can have a cup of tea, when they first arrive in their new home.

Unlike many letting companies, we are committed to going the extra mile in helping our tenants, who are often either homeless or from a vulnerable background. For this reason, it is extremely humbling to be nominated for two prestigious awards.
