Caridon Property Hosts Delegates from Saudi Arabia

Caridon Property, renowned for its commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR), proudly hosted a delegation of approximately 40 representatives from the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Housing and Human Resources this past May. The two-day event was a significant milestone in Caridon Property's CSR journey, which has been recognized with prestigious accolades including the Gold International CSR Award and the Green Apple Award.

The delegation's visit was part of their CSR accreditation process, guided by esteemed experts Richard Collins and Dr. Hanaa Albanna. During their time at Caridon's offices, the Saudi representatives were introduced to Caridon Property's unique affordable co-living social housing model, which has garnered acclaim for its positive impact on residents and the broader community.

Key presentations were delivered by Caridon Property's leadership team, including Executive Lora Bencheikhf, CEO Mario Carrozzo, Non-executive Director Tweedy, and Executive Director Akeel Alidina. Each session concluded with an engaging Q&A, providing an opportunity for in-depth discussions on the company's CSR initiatives and strategies.

In addition to Caridon Property, two other esteemed companies, EWI and Areen Design, also shared their CSR journeys. The collaboration and exchange of ideas among these companies highlight the potential for future partnerships aimed at furthering CSR efforts globally.
