Caridon Group Wins Gold as ‘Community Champion'

We are delighted to announce that we have won Gold for 'Community of the Year' at The Negotiator Awards 2024, held at the iconic Grosvenor House Hotel in London’s Mayfair. This award is a testament to Caridon’s unwavering commitment to fostering inclusive, sustainable, and thriving communities, setting a benchmark for excellence in the UK property industry.
The Negotiator Awards, recognised as the most prestigious awards in the residential property sector, celebrates the industry's top performers. The 2024 ceremony, hosted by comedian Ellie Taylor, saw over 400 entries vying for recognition across 34 categories. Caridon’s exceptional work in community engagement distinguished it as a leader in the field.
Our initiatives have helped house over 10,000 homeless individuals and through our not-for-profit arm, Caridon Foundation, and our youth support program, Caridon Young Living, the group has continuously expanded its impact by providing mental health support, skills training, and activities to enhance tenants' well-being. Additionally, with pioneering sustainability projects like Caridon Eco, we have improved energy efficiency in social housing.
