Caridon Group shortlisted for Community Champion

Caridon Group has been shortlisted for a Negotiator Award in the Community Champion of the Year category. Caridon Landlord Solutions, part of the Caridon Group, has also been shortlisted under Supplier of the Year: Professional Support.

The Negotiator Awards is the UK’s leading independent awards programme for estate and letting agents, their suppliers and the residential property industry. It has been established for 14 years and has become, through an impeccable reputation for fairness and transparency, the most prestigious and valuable awards for agents to be associated with.

The event continues to grow from strength to strength each year, with over 260 businesses represented in the 2022 shortlist. Announcing the 2022 shortlist, Publishing Director Grant Leonard said, “The significance and importance of the Awards is reflected in the high quality and quantity of entries we’ve seen this year, underlining this as the leading awards programme in the sector.” He continued, “We have a panel of 24 of the most experienced, achieved and respected people in the industry, judging the entries. The winners of the 33-category awards presentation will be announced at a black tie gala dinner on 25^th November at Grosvenor House, Park Lane London, one of the UK’s most prestigious venues. “The event will be hosted by a top celebrity and attended by 1000 property professionals from across the UK. The Awards takes place in the evening of The Negotiator Conference & Expo, the key annual networking event for the residential property industry. This year, hosted by the BBC’s Naga Munchetty, it will bring together the leading associations, sector specialists and 500 agents, to debate the issues facing agents in 2023.
