Caridon Group awarded bronze for ‘Community Champion of the Year’ at The Negotiator Awards
24th November 2022
On Friday 25 November, award winning property services company, Caridon Group, added to its accolades, achieving bronze out of a shortlist of 27 companies for ‘Community Champion of the Year’ at the Negotiator Awards.
Established in 2008, The Negotiator Awards has become the most prestigious awards ceremony in the property industry calendar, growing in popularity and stature every year, with this year receiving the largest number of entries so far.
The organisers said the quality and stories within the Community Champion category and the Sustainability category, which grew in entries in its second year, really demonstrate that this is an industry that thinks bigger and considers their impact and how they can benefit the people and places around them.
Hosted by comedy actor Stephen Mangan at the five-star Grosvenor House on Park Lane, the 33 categories were awarded with trophies and commendations handed to 93 agencies and suppliers. Stephen was joined on stage by The Negotiator publisher, Grant Leonard.
“The significance and importance of the Awards should not be underestimated, they prove that the industry is thriving and positive, and we can’t wait to see what success 2023 brings”.
Grant continued, “I’d like to thank all the sponsors for their support of this year's awards, our judging panel for their time and expertise and most importantly a huge thank you to all our entrants, whether they were lucky on the night or not, you should all be proud of your efforts over the last year – we are delighted to be part of such a hardworking and passionate industry – we can’t wait to do it all over again next year”
Mario Carrozzo, CEO of Caridon Group, commented “Since inception in 2009, Caridon has evolved into a holistic suite of property services designed to help people facing barriers elsewhere to be housed, safe and feel part of a community. As an organisation, we believe everyone should be able to strive for the same advantages in their future life, regardless of their past or present situation and we are working tirelessly to honour our values and commitment to social good.
This was a highly competitive category and being awarded bronze is testament to the hard work and dedication our staff have put in over the last 12 months. We have even bigger plans for 2023 and I look forward to seeing what we can achieve.”
