Caridon Property practices corporate social responsibility (CSR) with the aim of improving our communities, the economy and the environment. We believe in this form of self-regulation as it reflects our accountability and commitment to contributing to the well-being of society and the communities within which we operate.

Last year, we were extremely proud to achieve gold accreditation for Corporate, Social Responsibility (CSR) – the highest level available.

The Accreditation demonstrates that we integrate social responsibility initiatives throughout our business operations, enriching the quality of lives for all by investing in social value as an essential part of our culture. The accreditation was granted by leading UK based company, CSR-A, who deliver a global standard for CSR.

The process involved a thorough auditing exercise of Caridon’s polices, practices, reporting and evidence, as well as future planning. After evaluation of Caridon’s submission and supporting evidence, the judges awarded ‘Gold Accreditation’, with a score of 87%.
